VARKALA BEACH

 A ONE DAY TRAVEL TO VARKALA BEACH

That was a beautiful sunday. Me and my friends were sitting in our room thinking what to do. Suddenly an idea struck in our mind. We planned of going to Varkala beach which is around 40 kms from the place we stay. We had two bikes, a Royal Enfiled Classic 350 which was mine and a Suzuki Gixxer SF of my friends. So at noon around 2 pm, we four friends started from Thevally, Kollam. And to our bad luck there was hell of traffic in our way. Since it was noon time we were so exhausted. at around 4 pm we had tea from a small tea shop and continued our journey to our destination. Around 5 pm we reached Varkala beach. I believe that even after having so much trouble with the traffic it was the perfect time to reach the beach. There were so many people but was not overcrowded. Children were playing even when their parents were scolding them to not to got to the sea.We walked to the end of the beach where there were no much people and was little calm and quiet. My friends who were so eager to jump into the sea changed their dresses and took a dive. I preffered to sit on the shore watching them play when the waves hit them and was splashing over them and taking pictures with my mobile. I was just enjoying the beauty of nature and the scenery. That was one of the beautiful scenery i have seen from a beach. We stayed there till late night, enjoyed the moonlight hitting the waves and the calm & cold breeze with the music of the waves.
